Whether in a dedicated Yoga tent or ger, or surrounded by nature, you’ll bask in the morning sunlight and listen to the soothing sounds of the nature. This daily routine will help you connect with your body, mind, and spirit, and set the tone for a fulfilling day ahead. In the evenings, we will wind down with a relaxing Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra session before bedtime.

Each day of our journey will begin with invigorating fresh detox juices to accompany our morning routines. While traveling, we’ll indulge in nutritious vegetarian or vegan meals, prepared to your preference, as we explore the stunning Mongolian landscapes. Though fresh produce may be scarce in Mongolia, we’ll make every effort to source locally grown food for our meals.

Our coffee and tea breaks will be enjoyed in picturesque locations, where you can savor locally-made vegan snacks and sip your beverage while taking in the serene views of the meandering rivers or verdant Mongolian steppe uninterrupted by any distractions.
