Whether in a dedicated Yoga tent or ger, or surrounded by nature, you’ll bask in the morning sunlight and listen to the soothing sounds of the nature. This daily routine will help you connect with your body, mind, and spirit, and set the tone for a fulfilling day ahead. In the evenings, we will wind down with a relaxing Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra session before bedtime.
